Job Posting: Sales Customer Service

Available: Immediately
ACI is looking for a self motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate will be experienced in qualifying the client's needs and requirements, preparing profession quotations for sales of our exclusive products lines, and closing the sale. Other duties include, but not limited to, entering orders into our inventory system, sending information to customers, tracking critical shipments as well as heighten the visibility of both the Company and the product. This position requires sales customer support combined with a good telephone manner skills. Liaising with both clients and suppliers alike to ensure our customers' needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Some travel to trade shows may be required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent MS Word and Excel and MS Outlook
  • Professional work ethic
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service and client relationships
  • Working knowledge of stage and studio lighting an asset
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service and client relationships
  • Experience with Business Vision an asset, but not required
