Job Posting: Technical Support/Information Technician
ACI is looking for an energy driven and experienced Technical Support Technician to join our Sales Support Team. The successful candidate will be experienced in demonstrations and training of theatrical lighting boards, working with clientele onsite or via the phone to; troubleshoot, problem solve, and give technical solutions on our exclusive product lines. The successful candidate will be required to technically support our product line by; logging all technical support calls, maintain a technical support data base; including all firmware and software upgrades, and heighten the visibility of both the Company and the product. This position requires customer support combined with a good telephone manner skills. Liaising with both clients and suppliers alike to ensure our customers' needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Some travel to clients worksite and trades shows will be required.

- Basic Knowledge of Electrical Theory and ability to calculate loading of 3 phase electrical

Job Posting: Regional Sales Manager Southeastern U.S.
A.C. Lighting, Inc. is looking for a self motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our U.S. Sales Team. The successful candidate will be experienced in qualifying the client's requirements and needs, preparing professional quotations and closing sales of our exclusive products lines. Other duties include, but are not limited to, entering orders into our inventory system, sending information to customers, tracking critical shipments as well as promoting the visibility of both the company and its product lines. This position requires strong sales, customer support and communication skills as well as interfacing with designers and dealers alike to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. The position necessitates two weeks of travel per month.
