Browsing
You can use the search to find any item you are looking for, put in a word or part number and press 'GO' or you can browse through by category or manufacturer, and move forward through the pages offered to you.
Adding to cart
To add items to your cart, change the quantity to the number you wish to order, or leave as 1 and then click the add to cart button beside the item you want. You can change the quantity of any item in your cart or remove the items from your cart at any stage. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart, you will be able to request that we inform you when it comes back in to stock.
Removing items from cart
To remove an item from your cart, first click on your cart or the trolley icon at the top right of the screen. You will be shown the contents of your cart. To remove one or more lines, tick the items you wish to remove and click the update cart button. If you wish to change the quantity of an item, change the quantity and click the update cart button.
Checkout
During the checkout process you will have the chance to revise or cancel your order, select / add an invoice address, select / add a delivery address, select the delivery method, you will then confirm that you have agreed to our terms and conditions prior to making payment.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated depending on the weight and volume of your order. Current shipping rates.
Payment
Payment for all orders must be made at the point of order confirmation by credit or debit card. We use a secure payment provider called Protx for this transaction, we do not store your credit / debit card details on our website or have access to them at any stage of the process.
