Event / ESP II Master Mode Floppy Disk Problem |

When an Event using V3.1A or ESP using V1.2A software is in Master Mode when the Floppy diskette option is used the console will hang with the message "Checking Floppy disk..." in the LCD. The console will not respond to any further key presses and requires the power to be cycled to restore normal operation. Memory is not corrupted by this problem. This problem only occurs when the console is in Master Mode. To prevent it occurring change the console configuration to Master "Off" before using the Diskette drive, and restore it to Master mode "On" when diskette operations are complete. |
