The Ebony connectors have been designed specifically for the entertainment industry where being able to blend into the background is a key element in the presentation of a production. Evolving from standard CEE 17 connectors and retaining every feature of CEE 17 and BS EN.60309-2/BS4343:1992 single phase connectors, the Ebony range are designed specifically for locations where subtlety is the key and your connectors are there to work and not to be seen. The black polyurethane finish to the connector means that when mated it will blend into many typical lighting backgrounds, whilst still leaving a single, certified coloured band around the connection for safety.

The connectors are available in both 16A and 32A sizes with a cable gland and in a 16A size with a short cable sleeve. As well as meeting the normal safety standards, the Ebony connectors have an IP44 rating and CE approval ensuring that they always perform to the highest standards - you just can't see them doing it!
